Download the client from our official Downloads page. Run the installer or extract the client package into your chosen game folder, then open the launcher and let it finish updating before starting the game.

Close the game and restart the launcher. Check your internet connection and that the game folder is writable. If an error remains, take a screenshot of the exact message and contact our team on Discord. Do not download replacement files from unknown sources.

Open Recover password and enter your account name and registered e-mail. Check your inbox and spam folder. Open the reset link within 30 minutes and choose a new password of 6–10 characters. The link can be used only once.

Visit Events for the schedule and countdowns. Use the server time shown on that page when checking an event. For announcements and changes, check our Discord community.
